Recently my Xbox 360 has had problems loading up discs. I keep getting a message telling me that the disc cannot be read and it needs to be cleaned or restart the console. Do I need to buy a lens cleaner or is it just on its way out?

If a lens cleaner is needed, could anyone recommend one?
